Heather Watkins is our communication link to clients and is the voice behind Heathcott Associates. She manages much of the correspondence and communication between clients and members of several departments at Heathcott Associates including accounting, account services, creative and media just to name a few. Her communication expertise allows for constant monitoring of all on-going projects providing the best in personal service to our clients. Along with project management, Heather is also responsible for managing and facilitating client meetings, presentations and events both on-site and off. She manages all stages of an event smoothly and efficiently. The comfort of our clients is top-priority followed by professional service. When clients and guests come to our office, business doesn’t have to be put on hold. Heather makes sure they are as accessible as they want to be. Volunteerism and service to the community is strong among Heathcott Associates. Heather works with the Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute. In particular, she works every year to coordinate the ACE achievement award given to members of the business community who have shown support for the art of film and filmmaking. Her talent and skills ensure that all members of the institute are informed and that all aspects of the event run as scheduled.
